As “Chief People Officer” for Portfolio Hotels & Resorts, Linda Leahy helps Portfolio translate its business strategies into results by enhancing the performance of team members. Leahy spearheads the administration of all human resources functions for Portfolio, including training and development, organizational development, employee relations, internal communications and benefits administration.
Linda Leahy brings over 20 years of training and development experience and an award winning background to Portfolio Hotels. Before joining Portfolio, she was Vice President of People Services for First Hospitality Group. Prior to that, Leahy was Director of Performance Development for Coastal Hotel Group for 7 years, and also previously served as Senior Consultant for Achieve Global (formerly Learning International and Xerox Learning Systems), where she developed and executed training programs for Fortune 500 companies. Leahy is a cum laude graduate of Northwestern University.
